Two minor girls were killed and four other members of their family injured when their house collapsed at Ballamajra village in Shamli district in Muzaffarnagar, police said on Wednesday. The deceased were identified as Asma (6) and Sanah (4).

Following the collapse on Tuesday, father of the girls Shahzad, his wife and two sons were rushed to hospital with minor injuries, police said. The house was made up of mud.
