The incident took place on Tuesday morning when an iron pipe of the tractor trolley, carrying 25 kanwariyas, came into contact with a live wire in Baulia ward, SP Umesh Kumar Srivastava said.
Four of the injured were being treated at community health centre, whereas two were admitted to the district hospital. The remaining victims have been referred to Gorakhpur Medical College, the SP added.
