The voter turnout is, in fact, this time marked an increase of nearly 13 per cent over 50.97 per cent in 2009, Chief Electoral Officer PK Jajoria said in Ranchi on Friday.
The EC revised the polling percentage in Thursday's third phase elections to four seats from 63.44 per cent to 66.06 per cent, he said.
The Raj Mahal LS seat recorded the highest voting at 70.33 per cent compared to last time's 55.21 per cent, he said.
