The Supreme Court is hearing a CBI plea seeking restoration of criminal conspiracy charge against senior BJP leaders, including LK Advani, in the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case.
Senior BJP leaders LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi on Thursday agreed to face conspiracy charges in the Babri Masjid demolition case while the Supreme Court reserved its judgment.
