Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty has donned the producer’s hat and she could have not asked for a better Sunday evening — having her husband Raj Kundra debut on TV with SFL Challengers.
The actress decided to have her close friends over to watch the first episode air on TV. She had made arrangements for all her near and dear ones as well as friends from the industry to have a comfortable outing at her place and express their delight at the potential that India’s first action reality show holds.
The show is a reality television series that follows a group of MMA fighters as they compete with one another in an elimination style competition, where their lives and relationships with each other and their families are depicted.
Looks like it was double celebration for Shilpa as it wasn’t only her a debut as a producer with the show but also Raj’s debut on the small screen.
Marriage time in Pataudi Palace!
Telly producer Rajan Shahi has made a telefilm on marriages that has been shot at the Pataudi Palace, near Gurgaon. Gautam Rode, Kushal Punjabi, Dimple Jhagiani and Mala Salariya feature in the film. The entire palace was booked for the shoot and the joke among the unit was that before the Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s marriage, which is slated to be held there, they got a chance to shoot for a film there!
Second innings in B-Town for Tamannaah Bhatia
South actress Tamannaah Bhatia features in Sajid Khan's remake of a yesteryear film with Ajay Devgn. But this is not the first time she features in a Bollywood project. She made her debut with 'Chand Sa Roshan Chehra' opposite Samir Aftab. The film was produced by Salim and got released in 2005 but sank without trace. She was just 16 years old then. Nice to see a girl grow into a star.
