New Delhi: A Delhi court has rejected an application by the Retired Railway Protection Force (RPF) Association and has instructed it to vacate the four Railway properties it was illegally occupying, including one in New Delhi. It has also asked Delhi Police to help with the compliance of court order.
CNN-IBN had earlier reported that the CBI was looking in the role and clout of the RPF Association in Railway postings. In May, the Railway Board Chairman had asked the RPF Association to vacate Railway properties with immediate effect.
The Intelligence Bureau and the Ministry of Home Affairs have already issued alerts and advisories against the RPF Association for occupying the properties illegally.
