“While we have been demanding a judicial inquiry into Kakarapalli firing and action against the then Collector N Srikanth and Superintendent of Police KVV Gopala Rao, government has instead ordered a majesterial inquiry headed by the Joint Collector, a  lower cadre official,” lamented protesters of BTVPS Ramireddy and M Narasinga Rao.
