NRI allegedly kidnapped from posh Gurgaon colony

Gurgaon: High drama was witnessed outside a posh residential colony in Gurgaon on Monday night.

Harish Joshi, an NRI from Canada, was allegedly kidnapped by at least three persons from the entrance of Exclusive Floor colony in Gurgaon around 2030 hours IST.

While initial reports claimed that he had been kidnapped, the Gurgaon police later said he had been picked up by a central agency for questioning.

Joshi was whisked away in a Qualis, which had a Delhi registration number.

Sixty five-year-old Joshi used to regularly visit the office-cum-residence in the colony and was waiting for his ride when the incident took place.

Joshi owns two training institutes, one in Noida and the other in Punjab.
