New Delhi: A day after the post mortem report of Arunchal Pradesh student Nido Taniam suggested that he died of injuries caused to his head and face, bail plea of the three accused will come up in the Saket court on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court will also hear a status report on the safety of Northeastern students later in the day on Tuesday.
While three accused were arrested in the case, three others continue to remain at large. The accused will be charged with murder after the autopsy revealed that the 20-year-old succumbed to severe injuries.
The full post mortem report of Taniam revealed that he had died from injuries to head and face caused by blunt object. It confirmed that severe internal bleeding led to his death following a fight with a shopkeeper and his aides in a South Delhi locality.
The incident had triggered a series of protests across the country demanding safety fro people from Northeast India.
