West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday clarified that she made the INDIA bloc and she will be part of alliance if it forms the government at the Centre, ousting the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. “A lot of people misunderstood me. We will be in INDIA alliance. I made INDIA alliance,” Banerjee said. The Supreme Court on Thursday held that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) could not arrest an accused under Section 19 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after the special court has taken cognisance of the money laundering complaint.
