Myanmar has pleaded lack of manpower in containing and wiping out the anti-India terror groups. In 1995, Operation Golden Bird jointly carried out by the Indian and Myanmar security forces targeted insurgent groups, decimating the United Liberation Frontb of Asom (ULFA) middle rung but it was abandoned midway.
Now, India Army elite 21 Para Special Force has shown that concerted action will yield results.
