New Delhi: The Congress may have blamed the sealing drive for its political misfortune in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls, but there's no stopping the MCD hammer.
The MCD continued with sealing drive against unauthorised commercial establishments operating out of residential premises on Tuesday.
The civic authority took action against 66 such properties, including 21 properties in Rohini Zone and 13 in Central Zone, across the Capital.
Sealing action also took place in Shahdara-North (12) Civil Lines (11), South (6) and Shahdara-South (3) Zones, an official said.
While the court-ordered drive could take place in Najafgarh Zone due to non-availability of police force, no misuse of residential premises could be found on the roads on West Zone where action was to be taken, he added.
