The accused is absconding and has not yet been arrested.
Mumbai: Two passengers, a girl and her relative had acid flung on to their faces by a man who had covered his face on Thursday on board a train between Delhi and Mumbai. The girl lost vision in her right eye and her face was disfigured.
They were admitted to a hospital in Byculla in Mumbai. Two others were hurt in the process too.
The accused is absconding and has not yet been arrested.
