New Delhi: After the meeting between Team Anna And the government remained inconclusive on Wednesday night, Anna Hazare addressed his supporters at Ramlila Maidan asking them to exercise restraint in case he is picked up by the police.
"If the government wants to pick me up, I invite them to pick me but I request you not to indulge in violence," he said.
"I now know the government's plan, they are instigating you but I request you to be peaceful and protest non-violently," said Anna Hazare.
Anna told the crowd that that there is nothing to worry about his health and he is fine.
"I am fine now but the government is playing a game, it is behaving like a dictator," he said.
"After I go to jail, I request all to protest outside the MPs house and go to jail, let's go to jail by non-violent way. This is the second war of independence," said Anna Hazare.
Hazare 'may be removed forcibly': Bedi
Earlier, activist Kiran Bedi claimed that the Gandhian may be forcibly moved out of Ramlila Maidan by the Delhi police.
"Reliable information is that Anna may be removed forcibly," Beedi tweeted.
Later, addressing the crowd at the Ramlila Maidan, Kiran Bedi said, "senior police officers have given the message to me that till doctors say that Anna is unwell, they will not pick him. We don't expect the police to do what they did to Baba Ramdev."
"Till the time he is advised by doctors to be removed, Anna will continue his protest," she said.
Talks between government and Team Anna Hazare ended in a deadlock tonight with the two sides failing to resolve the key issues, promting the civil society to declare that they were "back to square one".
