More than eight hours after a AN-32 transport plane of the Indian Air Force went missing on Friday with 29 people on board, there was no clue on its whereabouts.
Sources said the plane went off the radar at around 9:12 am when it was on its way to Port Blair from the Tambaram air base.
Among the 29 people on board were: 12 IAF personnel, one each from the Indian Navy, Coast Guard and Army, 8 civilians and 6 crew members.
