New York: Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, who recently went to the rehabilitation centre, has bought the long deceased iconic actress Marilyn Monroe's home.
It's a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in El Palacio building in Los Angeles, reports www.hollywood.tv.
Lohan is a huge fan of Monroe and this isn't the first time the 20-year-old has shown her fixation for the late actress. In August last year, Lohan had expressed a desire to visit the troops in Iraq.
"I wanted to do what Marilyn Monroe did (during the Korean War), when she went and just set up a stage and did a concert for the troops all by herself. It's so amazing seeing that one woman just going somewhere, this beautiful sex kitten, who's basically a pin-up, which is what I've always aspired to be,” Lohan said.
