BANGALORE: The High Court adjourned the bail plea of former Karnataka Public Service Commission chief Dr H N Krishna till November 21. Senior counsel for the petitioner C H Hanumantharaya concluded his arguments, following which a single bench headed by Justice Billappa directed the Special Public Prosecutor to present his arguments on Monday. Krishna faces allegations of nepotism in appointments made to group A and B posts of the KPSC in 1998, 1999 and 2004.
