Srinagar: Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in north Kashmir's Baramulla district.
On specific information about the presence of terrorists in Thak-Gund village in Sopore, a joint team of army and police began a search operation this morning, a police spokesman said.
As the security forces were conducting the search operation, the hiding terrorists opened fire on them triggering an encounter in which two militants were killed.
