The counsel appealed to keep Reddy at Bellary central prison because it will be inconvenient for him to travel each time from Parappana Agrahara prison in Bangalore. Based on the petition, JMFC ordered the matter to be heard on November 28 and bail was granted based on a self-bond worth `50,000. Meanwhile, objection was raised by the public prosecutor. JMFC Sandur has given time to submit the objection on September 20.While walking out of the premises amid tight security, Reddy told his supporters to hope for the best.
