New Delhi: Iranian state television has broadcast a second video of a captured British sailor admitting to have trespassed in Iranian waters.
The video shows a captured British sailor, Nathan Thomas Summers as saying, "I trespassed Iranian waters."
A few hours later, Iran released a letter said to be written by another British sailor, stating she had been "sacrificed" to the policies of the British and US governments.
British government responded to the video by criticising the treatment of the sailors and marines.
Iran had seized 15 British sailors and marines in the northern Gulf last Friday for allegedly entering its waters, but Britain insists they were well within Iraqi territory.
Britain has expressed disgust at the treatment of the captured British Royal Navy personnel by the Iranians and some news reports have even suggested that the US might launch a massive air strike on Iran on Good Friday, April 6.
