As Narendra Modi-Rahul Gandhi's relentless fight in Rajasthan has grabbed eyeballs and got much-wanted media attention with less than a week for the assembly polls to begin, other senior leaders of both Congress and BJP have decided to jump into the bandwagon, an example of which was seen as Ashok Gehlot addressed a rally in Deeg on Tuesday.
He called on the voters to vote in favour of the party (Congress) which believes in inclusive development as against BJP who can "only make false promises" and "are the mother of corruption".
"Public is the god in democracy, BJP does not respect the people. It misleads them," he further said while supporting Congress candidate Vishvendra Singh. He was accompanied by Union Minister Jitendra Singh during the rally.
"It is under BJP rule that farmers demanding irrigation water were shot dead in Gharsana in 2006. Have they forgotten about their role in Ram Temple in Ayodhya. How can they ask for votes, how can they talk of development?," he said.
Many other leaders will also take to the stage to address voters in different districts of Rajasthan. Here is the schedule of the rallies below:
