Tom Cruise's wife Katie Holmes stars in Mad Money, along with Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah in a comedy about three women, who suppressed by life's miseries plan to rob the most secure bank in the world.

Matthew McConnaughey and Kate Hudson play a former couple who split over Matthew's obsession to find the legendary 18th century Queens Dowry in 40 Chests Of Exotic Treasure Lost At Sea In 1715.

Will Smith plays the title role in Hancock, a tainted superhero who falls for Charlize Theron, the wife of his PR guy who is trying to repair his image.

Also in the list is the next in the Batman Series, The Dark Knight starring Christian Bale, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Heath Ledger revolves around the superhero saving Gotham city from it's arch-nemesis, The Joker.

For animation lovers, there's Dreamworks' Kung Fu Panda, with the voices of Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan and Lucy Liu; and Horton Hears a Who! starring Jim Carrey, Steve Carell and Isla Fisher

That's an action-packed and animated 2008 from Hollywood this year.
