New Delhi: Rahul Mahajan, son of the slain BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, on Thursday got a morale boost with the
Delhi High Court staying his brain mapping test ordered by the trial court in the drug snorting case.
While staying the June 29 order of the trial court, Justice Badardurrez Ahmed sought replies from the Delhi Police within two weeks and posted the matter for further hearing to August 18.
Rahul had approached the Delhi High Court through a revision petition against the lower court's order directing him to appear for a brain mapping test.
Rahul had filed his petition on Tuesday. He had been arrested for allegedly indulging in drug abuse and providing his father's official residence to his friends for consuming drugs. He was later released on bail.
