For those soft and supple hands

The most important part of out body is sometimes ignored. We mostly concentrate on grooming ourselves, styling our hair, dressing in the best clothes, but what about our hands that help us in every task we do.

Imagine a life without them. You wont be able to style your hair, dress up, apply make up or for that matter do anything in your daily life. Taking care of your hands should be  included in your daily regimes as they are important for your existence. Here are a few hand care tips:

Moisturise: It is important to keep your hands moisturised. Ideally you should moisturise your hands at least four times a day. But if you lead a busy life then make sure you moisturise them at least twice.  Remember dry hands age faster.

Exfoliate: Like your face, your hands also need exfoliation. You can use your daily face scrub to exfoliate your hands.

Hand cream: Invest in a good hand cream. Apply it everyday before going to bed.

Dry hands: After washing your hands with soap, wet them again. Use salt as an exfoliating agent. Dry hands and apply moisturizer on them.

Massaging your hands with oil is important. After having a bath, use a baby oil to keep your hands supple.

Rough hands: Washing dishes or gardening can take a toll on you hands. So always wear gloves while doing your daily chores.

Sun damage: You apply sunscreen on your face everyday but ignore your hands. Hand skin is also very sensitive. So before you step out, apply a thick coat of sunscreen on your hands.

If you don’t want to invest in expensive hand creams or manicures then we get you simple home remedies that will keep your hands young and beautiful.
