A local court on Saturday annulled a non-bailable warrant issued against four persons including BJP MLA Bhim Lal Arya in connection with a case related to the violation of Model Code of Conduct during 2012 Assembly polls.
Judicial Magistrate Rajni Shukla annulled the NBW against the MLA and three others after they surrendered in the cour and paid a fine of Rs 200 each.
The CJM' s court had issued NBW against them on March 28 when the matter was slated to be heard and they failed to make an appearance.
The court has set April 16 as the next date of hearing in the case.
Arya was among ten persons accused of violating the Model Code of Conduct during Assembly elections held in Uttarakhand in 2012.
