COIMBATORE: Continuing the crackdown on the use of phones in the Central Prison, the prison officials on Thursday seized a mobile phone from an inmate on Wednesday.Police said the phone was seized from the cell of Ilamvaluthi, who has been in jail since 2007 in connection with a sexual assault case.Based on the jailor’s complaint, the Race Course police have filed a case.
