Mumbai: Celebrities like Anupam Kher, Sudhir Mishra and Madhur Bhandarkar paid respects to the late Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Hari Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar - heroes of India's independence struggle - on their 83rd death anniversary Sunday.
The martyrs have been portrayed on the big screen several times. Some of the noted films include 'Shaheed-E-Azam' (2002), 'Shaheed' (2002), 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh' (2002) and 'Rang De Basanti' (2006).
