BSY kin get more time to give documents

BANGALORE: The High Court on Thursday granted two more weeks to former CM B S Yeddyurappa’s sons B Y Raghavendra and B Y Vijayendra, and his son-in-law R N Sohankumar to produce documents relating to Davalagiri Property Developers’ transactions.Hearing a petition filed by the three seeking relief from the conditions imposed by the Lokayukta special court, which has granted them bail, Justice B V Pinto granted the extension. Counsel for the petitioners Ashok Haranahalli submitted that the petitioners needed more time to produce documents of all their transactions. While giving bail to the family members of Yeddyurappa, the Lokayukta special court had asked his kin to produce the documents of Davalagiri Property Developers and Bhagat Homes Pvt Limited within seven days.
