Boney-Sridevi face cheating charge
Boney Kapoor and Sridevi are caught in another controversy. And this time it is about the telecast rights of the film No Entry.

Mumbai: Director Boney Kapoor and Sridevi had borrowed Rs 15 crore from diamond merchant Prem Kumar Agarwal and had promised him the telecast rights of No Entry.

But they have allegedly sold off the rights to Sahara who are telecasting the film on March 26.

Following the Sahara deal, Agarwal has filed a civil suit in a Mumbai sessions court against Kapoor and Sridevi.

Prior to this incident, it has also been alleged that the Kapoors have not paid the cast and crew of TV serial Hamari Bahu Malini Iyer.

Incidentally this serial was supposed to be the comeback vehicle for Sridevi. But it hardly did any wonders to her career as a television actress.

Kapoor had allegedly promised the Malini Iyer team that he'd clear their dues after his film Bewafaa was released.

The film flopped and then Kapoor allegedly said that he would clear the dues after the release of No Entry.

Though, the film did very well at the box-office, the Kapoors still did not pay the actors.

Meanwhile, the actors have filed a complaint with the Cine and TV Artistes Association.

What's your reaction?
