Shamita Shetty to cast her spell

The Sharara Sharara girl, Shamita Shetty is all set to cast her spell on the audience with the desi version of Harry Potter called Harry Puttar.

The film will have Shamita dance to a tune that promises to appeal the kids. Meanwhile, for Shamita, it's a privilege to be a part of the children's film.

The actress has been an avid Harry Potter fan and is glad to be a part of the desi version. She says, “I said yes to this very special track because it was a children’s film. It was something special.”

Shamita made her debut as an actress in Mohabattein, produced by Yashraj Films. She was later roped in for a number in Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, which turned out to be one of her best performances.

Interestingly, most numbers that Shamita has done till date have all been chartbusters. Woh Lamhe from the film Zeher also turned into an instant rage.

Meanwhile, director of Harry Puttar also hopes that Shamita’s number in the film will top the charts like her previous hits.

Shahid Kapur’s Kismat Shines

Kismat Konnection has got a thundering response at the box office. It seems that Shahid has truly connected with the audience.

The opening of the film is at par with the opening of any biggies including Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar at the box office.

Right from his solo super hit Vivah, Jab We Met and now Kismat Konnection, Shahid Kapur seems to be doing well for himself and his producers.

Trade analysts are of the opinion that Shahid Kapoor has come of age with his critically acclaimed acting abilities.

Masumeh, face of Shape Express

After having caught the fancy of international photographer Andre Rau, Masumeh is all set to pose for a fitness center called Shape Express.

Masumeh believes in the benefits of being fit and her decision to be a part of Shape is to advocate the benefits of fitness.

Shape chose Masumeh as their brand ambassador after being impressed with her fitness mantra.

Masumeh, recently shot with Andre Rau and the actress will soon do an exclusive shoot for Shape Express after Ramzan.

Rau was so taken over by Masumeh's brazen yet innocent looks that he expressed his desire to shoot her at a party on a ship. The odd timing and location did not seem to deter Andre. With his camera all set, he shot Masumeh on board. The result was picture-perfect.

Masumeh is currently shooting for Saas, Bahu Aur Sensex, a film backed by Warner Bros.
