Five persons were injured in a clash between two groups over collecting water from a hand pump at Madawli village in Muzaffarnagar district, police said.
Five persons were injured in a clash between two groups over collecting water from a hand pump at Madawli village in Muzaffarnagar district, police said.
Trouble started when one of the villagers Subhash come to collect water from a public hand pump and Akash stopped him from doing so. Soon a clash broke out in which sharp weapons and lathis were used, police said.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital.
