How to Use Skype Chat Commands
How to Use Skype Chat Commands
This wikiHow teaches you how to use command lines in a Skype chat in order to do various administrative tasks, such as setting member roles, changing the chat topic or disabling notifications.
Steps

Open Skype on your computer, phone or tablet. The Skype app looks like a blue-and-white "S" in a circle icon.

Tap or click a chat conversation. You can use commands in all group and personal chats.

Type /help into the message line. This command will show you a list of all the available commands you can use in your chat.

Tap or click the Send icon. It looks like a paper plane icon next to the message field. This will process your command line, and bring you a list of available commands. You can also find a list of common commands and their descriptions on Skype's support website.

Type the command line you want to use into the message field. When you type /, a list of recent and common commands will pop up above the message field.

Tap or click the Send icon. This will process and apply your command line in the chat.

What's your reaction?
