Crafting a Flower Pot
Obtain 3 Bricks. Bricks can be obtained by smelting a clay ball. Clay balls are obtained by breaking clay blocks. One block yields 4 clay balls.
Open a crafting table. This will open a 3x3 crafting grid.
Place the materials in the grid. Be sure to place them as follows: Row 1: Empty Row 2: Brick, Empty, Brick Row 3: Empty, Brick, Empty
Place the flower pot in your inventory. You'll see it on the right side of the crafting grid.
Flower Pot Uses
Place mushrooms, fungi, and plants. The flower pot is mainly used as decoration. It can hold one block high saplings, flowers, ferns, cacti, dead bushes, bamboo, azaleas, mangrove propagule, and roots.
Repel hoglins. Hoglins are a mob found in the Nether. If you place warped fungus in the flower pot, it can be used to repel them.
