Open the Viber desktop app on your computer. Viber looks like a purple speech bubble and a white phone icon. You can find the app in your Applications folder on a Mac or on your Start menu on Windows. If you don't already have the Viber app on your computer, you can download and install it from the Viber website.
Wait for an incoming call. When you receive an incoming call, the caller's information will pop up on a new window on your screen.
Click the green Android 7 Call button for voice chat. This will answer the incoming call, and start a voice chat with your caller.
Click the Android 7 Videocamera for video chat. This button will start a video call between you and your caller.
Click the red phone button to reject the call. This will decline the call, and close the call pop-up on your screen.
