Stoke, England: Stoke substitute Ryan Shotton scored a late goal after a defensive mix-up to clinch a 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Sunday.
There appeared little danger when Jonathan Walters pumped a harmless ball into the box but West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster and center back Gabriel Tamas allowed Shotton to nip in and score in the 89th minute.
It earned unbeaten Stoke its first league win of the season and means West Brom have lost their opening three matches.
