The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Tamil Nadu has issued the rank list for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2024 MBA and MCA counselling 2024. Candidates who registered themselves for the counselling procedure for MBA/MCA admission can check and download the rank list from the official websites, tancet.annauniv.edu or tn-mbamca.com.
How to download the TANCET 2024 MBA/MCA Rank List?
Step 1: Navigate to the official portal at tancet.annauniv.edu or tn-mbamca.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the MBA/MCA Rank List tab and click on it.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new PDF file mentioning the candidate’s name, application number and other details.
Step 4: Check your rank and download the rank list for future reference.

The DTE, Tamil Nadu allot ranks to the TANCET qualifiers based on their marks in the qualifying exam. Any queries can be addressed during the redressal period from July 23 to July 26.
TANCET 2024 MBA/MCA Rank List: What’s Next?
The DTE will soon commence the Choice-Filling options for the candidates. During the options entry process, applicants need to fill in their preference of courses and colleges. Note that seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s preference, rank and availability. Along with the TANCET option filling process, candidates must pay the initial deposit. The deposit will be adjusted against the course fee that is to be paid after the seat allotment process. After the board releases the final seat allotment result for MBA/MCA programmes, candidates need to report to their assigned institutes with all the necessary documents.
TANCET is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Anna University for students seeking admission to MBA, MCA, M Arch and other courses in Tamil Nadu. This year, the exam was administered on March 9.
