The result of the Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test (KTET) examination has been declared. All the candidates who have appeared for the KTET examination can check their scorecard through the official website, ktet.kerala.gov.in. The authorities had conducted the 2020 eligibility test on January 9 and 17. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhawan had released the answer key on the official site the exam was over. Only those who score 60 per cent marks or more in the examination are declared successful.
KTET 2020 Result: Steps To DownloadStep 1: Go to the official website, ktet.kerala.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, under the latest updates section, click on “KTET December 2020 Result Published”.
Step 3: A new page will open. In the space provided, enter your login credentials and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: Upon successful login, KTET result 2020 will be displayed on the computer screen.
Step 5: Download the KTET result 2020 and take a print out for future use.

Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan, the examination organising body, conducts the eligibility test twice a year–once in May-June, and the second one in November-December. Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan usually announces the result for the November-December session in the month of January, however, this year, the examination itself was deferred to January.
What Is KTET Exam:Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test is held to certify the eligibility of teachers to teach in the schools affiliated with the Kerala board.The examination is divided into four categories. Category I is for lower primary teachers, Category II is for upper primary teachers, Category III is for high school teachers, and Category IV is for language and physical education teachers.
Category IV is for language teachers in Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu up to Class 8, and Specialist teachers and Physical Education teachers up to Class 10 level.
