Actress Manisha Yadav Accuses Seenu Ramasamy Of Sexual Harassment During The Shoot Of Idam Porul Yaeval

Seenu Ramasamy is one of the popular directors of the entertainment industry. The director, who usually grabs headlines with his superhit movie, is now trending due to a sexual harassment allegation by the actress Manisha Yadav. During a controversial case of actress Trisha and Mansoor Ali Khan, a reporter outlined the sexual harassment case of Manisha Yadav which didn’t reach ears in 2013. To this, Seenu Ramasamy said that these allegations are false as the actress will soon be working with him in his next movie. Manisha Yadav has now broken her silence over this matter by validating the statements made by the reporter. She said that she could never work with the director after getting disrespected by him in the past.

A year after Seenu Ramasamy’s directorial Thenmerku Paruvakaatru fetched a National award, the director announced a movie titled Idam Porul Yaeval in 2013. It was written and directed by Seenu Ramasamy. Vijay Sethupathi and Vishnu Vishal were destined to play the lead role in the film along with actress Nanditha Swetha and Aishwarya Rajesh. Initially, Manisha Yadav was selected by the makers for the role of Nandita Swetha. However, she unexpectedly left the movie after accusing director Seenu Ramasamy of sexual harassment in 2013. Now, the issue has come to life again after 10 years. Responding to these allegations, Seenu Ramasamy said that if it was true then why would the actress thank her during the audio launch event of the movie Oru Kuppai Kathai? He also hinted at working together with the actress.

Manisha Yadav has now bashed the director for spreading fake news and said that these allegations are true in her latest social media post. The actress clarified that she thanked the director because he was present on the stage. “ It doesn’t change anything. I stick by every word I said 9 years ago.” She also called the news of them working together fake.

Idam Porul Yaeval has not been released yet by the makers.
