Taapsee Pannu Sports 'Sindoor' in FIRST Photo After Wedding; Plays Holi With Husband Mathias Boe

Taapsee Pannu celebrated her first Holi after her reported wedding with husband Mathias Boe and the first photo from the bash has surfaced online. News18 was the first to report on Monday, March 25, that Taapsee and Mathias have tied the knot. Although the couple has yet to react to the report, one of their friends seemingly shared the first picture of the couple after their wedding and fans noticed Taapsee sporting ‘sindoor’ in the picture. The tika was applied with the Holi colour.

In a photo shared by actor Abhilash Thapliyal, Taapsee and Mathias were seen posing with Taapsee’s sister Shagun Pannu and their gang of friends. The group was covered in the colours of the festival as they flashed their smile for the camera. The adorable photo caught everyone’s attention. Fans took to the comments section and pointed out that Taapsee was sporting a sindoor-like tika.

“Arrey sindur ❤️ Taapse mam,” a comment read. “Yeh @taapsee ki maang kaun bhar gaya bhai,” a fan asked, wondering about her wedding. “Tapssee mam ki shadi ho gayi hame aaj pata chala,” added another.

On Monday, a source told News18 exclusively that Taapsee has tied the knot. “The wedding took place in Udaipur and was an extremely intimate affair. The pre-wedding festivities kick-started on March 20. The couple was very sure that they didn’t want any media attention on their big day. Both of them are known to be very private and reserved people and they wouldn’t have had it any other way,” our insider said.

Our source added the wedding didn’t see the attendance of too many faces from Bollywood. However, Taapsee wanted only her closest peers to attend the wedding ceremony. “Taapsee’s Dobaaraa and Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati joined the guests at her and Mathais’ wedding. Anurag Kashyap, who shares a rather close bond with Taapsee and has directed her in films like Manmarziyaan and Dobaara and produced Saand Ki Aankh also flew to Udaipur,” the source added.

Coincidentally, Kanika Dhillon, who was also reportedly at the wedding, had shared photos from a wedding she attended over the weekend. Pavail also shared photos from a wedding and Taapsee’s sister Shagun was also seen in the frame.
