Skoda India has launched the Elegance Edition of its popular models, Slavia and Kushaq, featuring a “Deep Black" shade.
To showcase the upgrade, the company has launched a TV commercial. The video is available on Skoda India’s official YouTube channel.
The TVC shares a glimpse of the all-new “Deep Black" color, highlighting the exterior of the Slavia and Kushaq from every angle. It also showcases the newly added signature chrome grille, elegance badge on the B-pillar, Skoda welcome puddle lamp, and interior elegance accessories like pillows, neck rests, and seat belts.
Furthermore, these upgraded models comes with a premium price tag. The Skoda Slavia Elegance Edition 1.5 with manual transmission starts at Rs 17.52 lakh, while the automatic transmission variant is priced at Rs 18.92 lakh. On the other hand, the Skoda Kushaq Elegance Edition 1.5 with manual transmission is priced at Rs 18.31 lakh, and the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission version costs Rs 19.51 lakh. Under the hood, both the Skoda Slavia and Kushaq Elegance Editions come equipped with the top-of-the-line 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, delivering a powerful 150 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Additionally, Skoda plans to unveil the facelifted version of its SUV Kodiaq in June. The company is also eyeing a September launch for its first all-electric SUV, the Enyaq iV, boasting multiple battery pack options, various drivetrains, and an impressive claimed range of up to 510 km.
