YouTuber Turns Delivery Driver For 24 Hours In London, Reveals Shocking Earning
A content creator challenged himself and decided to work as an UberEats delivery partner for 24 hours straight in London.

YouTuber Harry Gallagher, aka Night Scape, became popular for doing daring challenges, like sneaking into football stadiums or climbing iconic landmarks. In his latest adventure, the content creator challenged himself, as he worked as an UberEats delivery partner for 24 hours straight in London. Unlike most delivery drivers who believe using cars, e-bikes or motorcycles will make their task easy, Gallagher chose to use a regular bicycle. The challenge was not just about staying awake but he wanted to investigate how much money he could earn for this. At first, he didn’t receive any orders, but once he moved to more crowded areas, orders started pouring in and post-midnight, he received maximum orders. Other than Uber, he even used Deliveroo for extra earnings.

Before starting the challenge, the YouTuber explained, “I’m doing this because I want to investigate what it is like to be an UberEats driver, how much money do they earn, how hard is it and what are the tips like. I think the best way to start off my first ever shift as an UberEats driver is to do a bit of a challenge, we are going to do a 24 hours nonstop UberEats shift." After riding his cycle for a few kilometres, Gallagher added, “I think this is quite a cool job. I get to cycle around which I love doing anyway so I get healthy. I potentially get paid a bit to do my thing."

After completing a 9-hour shift, Harry Gallagher revealed that he made £32.60 (approximately Rs 3,000) on Uber and £24.50 (approximately Rs 2,000) on Deliveroo. Therefore, he earned £57.10 (approximately Rs 6,000) in total for just the night. However, he still had 15 hours left to complete his challenge.

After sacrificing his sleep and working non-stop for 24 hours, the YouTuber shared his final income. He completed 22 deliveries and earned £95.93 (approximately Rs 10,000). On the other hand, he received an additional £6.50 (around Rs 700) in tips. Before concluding the video, Gallagher advised viewers to not use a bicycle while doing delivery jobs. He mentioned that using an e-bike or moped would be a better choice.

A user suggested, “Now do this challenge with an electric bike or a scooter and see how much money or less you can make."

An individual shared, “It seems as if you chose the worst time of year to do it, this time of year is always slow. Absolute best time is winter."

One more added, “Don’t attempt to do this, not sleeping is dangerous."

Since Harry Gallagher, aka Night Scape shared the video on YouTube, it has garnered over 1 lakh views.
