Best known for her role in Naagin 3 and Kundali Bhagya, Mahira Sharma is one of the rising stars in Indian television. At a recent award show, the actor turned heads when she made an appearance in a beautiful white and blue floor-length gown. But the actor had an unfortunate incident as she fell on the stairs as she made her way to the stage.

In a video shared by a paparazzo, Mahira Sharma can be seen making her way from her seat to the stage to present an award. The actor held her gown and made her way to the stage. As she was climbing the stage, she tripped on the stairs. The host rushed to the stairs to help her stabilize her footing. Even actor Aparshakti Khurrana went forward to help her, but she gracefully held her gown and managed herself.

As Sharma made it to the stage, she addressed the incident and joked to the audience, “Lagta hai aaj girne ka award mujhe milna chahiye.” To which the host said, “Even Jennifer Lawrence also fell at the Oscars and that was quite a moment so it’s absolutely fine.” For her appearance at the award show, the actor opted for a blue and white off-the-shoulder gown. The gown had sequin and feather details that shone under the light.

Reacting to the video, netizens commented on the practicality of such outfits.
