Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 is enthralling viewers with daring stunts and a high level of competition among the celebrity contestants. Host Rohit Shetty, time and again, adds his own humour to lighten up the mood.
In the latest episode, he joked about how Abhishek Kumar once visited Jackie Shroff’s house to impress him, but the outcome was hilarious. On the show, Abhishek is often seen playfully flirting with Jackie Shroff’s daughter, Krishna Shroff.
Rohit Shetty, in an attempt to roast, Abhishek Kumar said, “Shalin ne ek advice di thi. Ki agar ladki ko patana chahte hoh toh baap ko patao. Yeh pahuch gaye Jackie da ke paas. Jacky da bole Bhidu tu anda curry, bhopla, bhindi fry, chicken banake bata.(Shalin Bhanot shared some advice and remarked that if you want to impress a girl, start with her father. Abhishek Kumar then arrived at Jackie Shroff’s house and the senior actor stated, “Bhidu, you make Egg Curry, Pumpkin, Bhindi Fry and Chicken first).”
Rohit Shetty also narrated how Abhishek reacted to it. He stated, “Woh waha se nikla bola bhad mei gayi Krishna, mei dhabba khol leta hu (He left from there and said to hell with Krishna, I will open a restaurant.)
Abhishek Kumar and Rohit Shetty are often seen getting into fun banters with each other on the show. Earlier, Rohit Shetty teased Abhishek, saying he was the channel’s favourite along with Shalin Bhanot. The host has asked Krishna Shroff if she thinks Abhishek Kumar is the nepo kid of the channel (Colors TV). She responded saying, “100% sir.” Abhishek Kumar started his career with the show Udaariyaan on the channel and later participated in Bigg Boss 17 also agreed with Krishna.
Rohit then asked the group if they thought the same. Only Shalin Bhanot raised his hand, leading to Rohit Shetty poking fun at Shalin, stating how he was the first nepo kid on the channel.
Meanwhile, this week, Shilpa Shinde was eliminated from the show after she lost the task to Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.
