In their recent YouTube vlog, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa left fans in stitches as they discussed the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, the beloved couple of the small screen, have captured the hearts of fans with their hilarious antics. Whether it’s their reality show appearances or their YouTube channel, LOL – Life of Limbachiyaa’s, they often poke fun at each other, however, there’s abundant affection in their relationship. In their recent YouTube vlog, they’ve left fans in stitches as they discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle. In one entertaining segment, Haarsh hilariously shares Bharti’s creative excuses for skipping her gym sessions.

Haarsh says, “Exercise karna chahiye, exercise karna zaroori hai. Jab bhi main exercise ki baat karta hun toh bolti hai ‘Arey ghar ke kaam hote hain, ghar ki cheezen hai.’ Arey exercise ke liye bhi toh time nikalna hi padega na. (One should exercise, it’s necessary to exercise. Whenever I talk about exercise, she says, ‘Oh, there are household chores, there are things to do at home.’ Well, you have to make time for exercise too, right?)”.

Bharti Singh replies, “Jinka chota bacha ho aur bohot bhaga daudi ghar mein karni pade, pati bhi baar baar alag alag dish ki demand kare, woh aurtein gym kis time jayen? (For those who have a little child to run after, have to do a lot of running around at home and husbands who keep demanding different dishes, when should women find time for the gym?)”. To this, Haarsh offers a practical solution and says, “Main batata hun. Gym mat jao, bache ko god mien uthao or 10 squats se shuru karo. Dum hai, kar sakti hai? (Let me tell you. Don’t go to the gym, pick up the child and start with 10 squats. Do you have the energy, can you do it?).”

While Bharti hilariously replies, “Himmat toh beta bohot hai, 10 nahi 5 bhi maar sakti hun roz ke main. (I have the courage, my son, I can even do 5 squats every day).”

Further, Haarsh challenges Bharti Singh to take on the 75 Hard Challenge, a trending fitness challenge that gained attention when former athlete Ankit Baiyanpuria completed it. The challenge involves drinking 5-6 litres of water a day, working out twice a day and avoiding junk food. In response, Bharti jokingly suggests that once Haarsh finishes the 75 Hard Challenge, she will start her own version of it the very next day.

Amid their banter, their son Golla makes an appearance and instantly uplifts their mood.
