Samsung Z2 Powered by Tizen OS Launched at Rs 4,590 in India
The Tizen OS is essentially aimed at the early smartphone adopters and has been designed to offer a simpler and easier experience by Samsung.

Samsung has introduced a successor to its line of Tizen OS-powered smartphones- the Samsung Z2 - which has been priced at Rs 4,590 in India.

The Samsung Z2 features a 4-inch WVGA display and under its hood is a quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM.

The Tizen OS is essentially aimed at the early smartphone adopters and has been designed to offer a simpler and easier experience. The phone further comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera. It draws its juice from a 1500mAh battery that is claimed to offer up to 8 hours of 4G browsing.

The Samsung Z2 comes with 8GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 128GB. It also comes with OTG support. It comes with pre-loaded apps, some of which are in collaboration with Jio Digital. It also supports 12 regional languages. Other features include the Ultra Power Saving mode, Bike Mode, and easy access to favourite apps.

The phone will start selling from August 29 and come in three colour choices- Wine Red, Gold, and Black.
