Yash Spotted In A Turban In Viral Video, Fans Wonder If This Is Actor's Look In Toxic
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic will reportedly have actress Sai Pallavi opposite Yash.

Kannada star Yash shot to pan-India fame with the KGF movies which were huge blockbusters. His character of Rocky Bhai, oozing swag and style, mesmerised fans across the country. Yash has not starred in any movie since 2022’s KGF: Chapter 2 but now, fans are eagerly awaiting his next film Toxic.

Recently, the actor was spotted attending an event sporting a turban on his head. This appearance sparked discussions online, with many suggesting that the actor might be attempting to conceal his hairstyle for his upcoming film, Toxic. It was reportedly a birthday bash that Yash was attending. A video from the public appearance has gone viral.

Recently, Yash was seen in the same turban look at the inauguration of Amruteshwar Temple in Bellary, where he interacted with fans. Fans are convinced that the turban is an attempt to hide the hairstyle he donned for Toxic.

Meanwhile, the shooting for Toxic is expected to start in Goa anytime soon. Yash has been in Goa for a few days and it is believed that the first schedule of Toxic will start in Goa itself.

Yash made a social media announcement in December last year, revealing his new film titled Toxic. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is set to hit theatres on April 10, 2025. Sai Pallavi, currently busy with her project alongside Sivakarthikeyan, is rumoured to be part of the cast. KVN Productions will handle the film’s production, with Yash having travelled to London in September for pre-production work. According to reports, Toxic is set against the backdrop of the drug mafia operating in Goa, promising an action-packed narrative. The film is anticipated to boast a substantial budget.

Yash and Sai Pallavi are also reported to be starring together in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which is touted to be the most expensive film in India. Sai Pallavi plays Sita while Yash is reported to be playing Raavan. In addition, rumours are suggesting that Yash is set to receive an estimated payment of Rs 150 crore for his role in the project, potentially making him the highest-paid antagonist in India.
