Kolkata: A Trinamool Congress Panchayat candidate was allegedly stabbed to death by unidentified men in South 24 Parganas district. The TMC alleged that CPI(M) was behind the murder.
Shibram Naskar was returning home after campaigning when he was attacked with sharp weapons in Baruipur by a gang of 2 to 3 men.
He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.
