Bhopal: The Bharatiya Janata Party was quick to react on Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's speech in Sagar with Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan questioning him over misuse of public money.
Barely an hour after Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally at Sagar asserting that the Congress will return to power in Madhya Pradesh, the Chief Minister hit out at the Congress leader for spending Rs 3000 in Bundelkhand.
"Congress says 'they' sent '3000 Cr to Bundelkhand, isn't it strange that they believe tax payers' money is their own?" Chouhan tweeted.
Rahul had criticised the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government for not utilising funds given by the Centre for welfare of people. "MP government is not utilising funds sent for the welfare of people. We made more roads than what the BJP could do during its regime," he said.
