Now, Sushma Swaraj categorises Twitter handle as 'personal'
On Wednesday, Sushma Swaraj's Twitter handle bio 'Foreign Minister, Government of India' was removed only to be brought back in around an hour.

A day after a flip-flop on her Twitter account bio, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who is in the line of opposition fire over Lalit Modi row, has made another change to her virtual profile.

The new bio of the senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader reads: Personal a/c of Sushma Swaraj Minister for External affairs, Government of India.

On Wednesday, the minister's Twitter handle bio 'Foreign Minister, Government of India' was removed only to be brought back in around an hour.

And the latest edit of the bio has significantly categorised Swaraj's Twitter handle @SushmaSwaraj as her personal account, with no official connection to her being the External Affairs Minister of the country.

Interestingly, no other senior minister in the NDA government, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Home Minister Rajnath Singh, has categorised Twitter handles as their personal account.

This comes even as the Opposition has been gunning for Swaraj over allegedly helping former Indian Premier League (IPL) commissioner Lalit Modi. The Congress-led opposition even disrupted the first two days of the Monsoon Session of Parliament demanding the resignation of the External Affairs Minister, saying any discussion on the issue would take place only after Swaraj is ousted.
