NCW accepts Lekhi's claims of not revealing woman journalist's name
The NCW received one more complaint, this time against Madhu Kishwar for allegedly tweeting the name of the sexual assault complainant.

New Delhi: The National Commission for Women has accepted BJP leader Meenakshi Lekhi's argument that she did not tweet the name of the complainant in the Tehelka Founder-Editor Tarun Tejpal sexual assault case and that the offending tweet was published after someone mishandled her phone.

The NCW has asked the Delhi Police to investigate the matter.

Earlier, Lekhi had blamed the hackers for a tweet from her account that named the woman journalist who had accused Tarun Tejpal of sexually assaulting her.

"Someone is trying to hack my account and I am under surveillance," claimed Lekhi. She denied giving any such statement on the case and alleged that it was the job of the dirty tricks department.

Meanwhile, the NCW received one more complaint, this time against Madhu Kishwar for allegedly tweeting the name of the sexual assault complainant.
